In 1998, GFB’s founder, John Adrian, created the Hybrid BOV to fix stalling issues with atmosphere-venting valves. His dual-port design allowed recirculation before atmospheric venting, preventing backfires and keeping the iconic blow-off sound.
This game-changing innovation shaped the turbo industry, evolving into the Respons TMS and Deceptor Pro. To celebrate 20 years, GFB is bringing back the Hybrid, now with configurable venting: full recirc, full atmosphere, or 50/50.
